Aquatherm facts & figures
aquatherm is the world’s leading manufacturer of plastic piping systems made of polypropylene for plant construction and building services. Areas of application include drinking water applications, heating system construction, fire protection sprinkler systems, air conditioning and refrigeration technology as well as surface heating and cooling systems. The range comprises more than 17,000 articles in six product lines.
Therefore, customers all over the world can rely on innovative and safe PP-R piping systems of the highest quality “100% Made in Germany”.
Aquatherm Butt welding
aquatherm green pipe in large diameters (160 to 450 mm) is permanently fused using butt fusion machines.
Aquatherm Electric socket welding
Electrofusion is suitable for difficult-to-access areas in aquatherm green pipe dimensions of 20 to 250 mm. In this process, sockets with integrated heating wires are heated electrically and fused with the pipe.
Aquatherm socket welding
Manual heat fusion devices are ideal for aquatherm green pipe with diameters of 50 to 125 mm, and make it easy to produce branches using fusion saddles – even retroactively. The material and time required is significantly reduced. Safe and fast connections using socket fusion are also accomplished with a manual heat fusion device for pipes with diameters of 16 to 63 mm.
Aquatherm Manual welding tools
Our video shows the correct preparation of our aquatherm manual welding tools 500 W – 1400 W, which are used for the safe connection of aquatherm piping systems.
Aquatherm Socket welding with welding machine
aquatherm approved heat fusion machines ensure a safe and durable connection for aquatherm green pipe in dimensions of 50 to 125 mm.
Aquatherm Weld-in saddle
The saddle fusion process makes it easy to produce branches, even retroactively, in aquatherm green pipe. The material and time required is significantly reduced.
Geberit Supertube Kingdom 101 Vietnam Project
The Kingdom 101 is the first Supertube project in Vietnam but it is also the biggest project for Supertube in South East Asia.
Geberit Siphonic Roof Drainage Pluvia (Vietnamese subtitles)
Fewer pipelines, more performance Geberit has been setting standards for roof drainage for decades with the Geberit Pluvia syphonic roof drainage system. With Geberit Pluvia: – Fewer roof outlets are required due to high discharge rate – There is an increased planning flexibility by saving on stacks – Maximum use of space due to horizontal pipelines without slopes – Sophisticated details, high-quality system components and Geberit as your partner reliably ensure safety, durability and smooth operation.

Geberit SuperTube – a flow-optimised drainage system for high-rise buildings (Vietnamese subtitles)
Thanks to special shaped fittings, the water in the pipes is pressed against the wall. This creates a continuous air column. There is no longer a need for an additional ventilation pipe. This noticeably minimises the space in the installation shaft.
Geberit Supply Systems Mepla
An introduction to Geberit Mepla multilayer piping system
Geberit Mepla Installation
Geberit Mepla is a corrosion-resistant supply system for all drinking water qualities and universal applications.
Mepla system pipes can be used for sanitary applications as well as for heating, cooling and compressed air. The pressed joint and the multilayer pipe meet all requirements of modern domestic drinking water installations.
Geberit welding machine Universal – Functionality
The video show how to assemble the Geberit welding tool Media to be used for mirror welding the Geberit Silent-db20 or Geberit HDPE draining systems with complete dimension range. You also see the planning of the pipe ends which is done before welding the pipe with the new Geberit welding plates KSS-160, KSS-200 or KSS-300.
