Water Supply and Sewerage Association Central – Central Highlands: Improving the quality of customer care services (July2023)

On the afternoon of July 15, in Da Lat city (Lam Dong province), the Central – Central Highlands Water Supply and Sewerage Association held a conference to review the activities of the first 6 months of 2023 and the direction of activities for the last 6 months of the year.

In the first 6 months of 2023, the Association has provided more than 207,200 million m3 of production water, more than 170,000 million m3 of recorded water, nearly 22,000 newly installed customer watches.

In the last months of 2023, companies need to ensure safe water supply in terms of quality, flow and pressure. Improve the quality of customer care services to meet the increasing needs of customers.

Besides, improving the management and maintaining stable operation of rainwater drainage system, wastewater collection and treatment system. Focus on the management and maintenance of the reservoirs to ensure water drainage and ensure the water environment of the lake. Have a plan to ensure water drainage and prevent flooding in the coming stormy season.
